Refund policy

Warranty Information

We provide a 14-day warranty on all Moonlight Mounts originals that covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Missing parts

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • User-caused damage or modifications

Return Window

We have a strict 14-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. Return requests made after this 14-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Fees & Costs

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all accepted returns that are not sealed in their original packaging.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders as these expenses have already been incurred
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Return Shipping

  • For customers within the United States: If your return is accepted, you must arrange and pay for your own return shipping using a carrier of your choice. We do not provide return shipping labels.
  • For international customers: You must arrange and pay for your own return shipping using a carrier of your choice (such as UPS or FedEx). We do not provide return shipping labels for international returns due to high costs

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items (strictly enforced)
  • Used electronics (strictly enforced)
  • Custom products/special orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Items showing signs of use or modification

Shipping Damage Claims

If your mount arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us immediately through our contact form. Refer to our shipping policy for specific procedures regarding transit-related issues.

Exchanges

We recommend returning your item (if approved) and making a separate purchase for the new item you want, as this is the fastest way to complete an exchange.

European Union Orders

For when we do ship merchandise to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the delivery date. The item must be unused. You must arrange and pay for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the 25% restocking fee applies to items that are not sealed in their original packaging.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will:

  • Be subject to the 25% restocking fee
  • Only cover the item's purchase price
  • NOT include any original shipping costs (domestic or international)
  • Be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
