Remove four screws and slide the Starlink Mini in from the side. No disassembly of the frame is needed.

Yes. The ASA frame is UV-resistant and won't yellow or degrade in sunlight, and the enclosure is designed for outdoor installation in all weather.

Yes. Strength in a printed part comes from how thick its walls are and how much material is inside, and ours are built well beyond a typical hobby print: every part is printed in UV-resistant ASA with solid outer walls about 2.5 mm thick (six passes of material around every edge), a dense 75% internal fill, and solid top and bottom surfaces. Every design is tested in real-world conditions by full-time travelers.
